PROJECT BACKGROUND
Non Profit donation & fundraising aspects requested to be added to TechFestLive for the Become A Sponsor page and 'Become a Vendor' aspect. However ecommerce aspects will be a sitewide addition. This change is being requested by Khalil Vinson of Tech Fest Live, an event website, https://techfestlive.com, redesigned by Creative Call Marketing.

 

GOAL

Mr. Vinson is looking to have more a more complete solution than what his already GoDaddy pay link set provide, so that he is able to list all the benefits for becoming a sponsor or vendor for TechFestLive, have sponsors and vendors pay directly on his site, as well as avoid exorbitant fees from third-party fundraising platforms. 

 


PROJECT PROCEDURE

Phase I - Strategy and Research:

During this phase, Creative Call Marketing will provide the client with the best overall ecommerce solution during an online meeting where we will explore each of them with you. At that point, we'll decide which direction to go in and make any final adjustments. 3 days after the quote is approved.

 

Phase II - Website Advanced Editing & Customization

Additional ecommerce design features will be built into the overall design, and each will need to be approved by the client before the final design is accepted. Those features are:

  • Interactive elementsThe elements will be built around TechFestLive.com's color palette, It will provide a high-tech and engaging look as determined by Mr. Vinson
  • Fonts: The fonts' family, size, and color combinations maintain a professional and cohesive feel.
  • Images: Photos, graphics, and individual photos will be submitted by the client and may be modified in the appropriate software to meet the overall design requirements of the site. All photos/graphics must be supplied by Mr. Vinson or stock photos without copyright protection can be used.
  • Copywriting: All content/copywriting will be submitted by the client. Copywriting can be supplied at additional cost if needed. 
  • Overall: Once all the elements are pulled together, the client will determine if the design meets his needs.
     7 days after the quote is approved.

Phase III - Site Test and Launch

Creative Call Marketing will test the page template type for functionality, accessibility, and browser compatibility for all text and graphics.
Mr. Vinson will be provided access for review, testing, and approval. 14 days after the quote is approved.

PROJECT TIMELINE

This schedule shows the tasks that will need to be completed during the life of the project. Individual tasks may be added, deleted, or moved as required to meet the demands of the design. The times listed below are estimates. The final project scope and timeline will be communicated following the project agreement.

Phase I: Strategy & Research

Project launch Friday, May 31

Final Edits & Backend Update Launched Thursday, June 13
Website Training for client Thursday, June 13
